Amazing Kerala / Ettumanoor Murals

Ettumanoor, near Kottayam, has a centuries old Temple with the idol Siva. The walls of the sanctum are well painted with various scenes from the epics along with an imaginative scene of a music concert by the gods and celestials are depicted in the temple. It depicts some beautiful and rare works of sculptures and arts in both stone and wood. It is located 11kms towards the north of Kottayam town. These famous murals depict the epics and Hindu mythology to a great extend.
